For the Love of Reading …Westlawn’s February Reading Campaign!

During February, Westlawn’s Reading Specialists are leading our school in a reading campaign, For the Love of Reading! Every student is encouraged to read, read, read. Students record the books that they’ve read on paper hearts. At the end of each week, students’ paper hearts are drawn on the morning news show to receive a book. A book is given to one student in each grade level each Friday in February. The reading campaign will culminate on March 2 with is Dr. Seuss’s Read Across America Day.
