Westlawn students volunteered their time Monday afternoon to jump rope to help others. The donations went to the American Heart Association. Thank you Mrs. Tillett for organizing this event!

Students, parents and staff enjoyed an evening together. Thanks to Mrs. Sonley and Ms. Monroe for organizing this event and the many, many teachers who facilitated the reading lessons. Parents learned literacy strategies to assist their children at home. Students heard stories and particiated in reading lessons. All students who came recieved a free book and enjoyed a snack!
